OUR FACILITIES
We’re the premier source of structural steel beams, channels, and special shape steel sections. Known to customers as Marshall Steel, our Memphis facility produces steel sections from electric furnace steel continuously cast and hot rolled on highly specialized steel mills. Our section capability ranges from 2.5 pounds per foot to 70 pounds per foot, and every steel product is customized to meet distinct customer goals and standards.
Whether it’s chemistry, dimensions, or fabrication, every aspect of our process is supported by safe practices. We can ship to any location by truck, rail, or barge.
Our facility specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality truck trailer I-beams in a wide range of sizes, including 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6”, designed to meet the demanding performance and durability requirements of the transportation industry. With extensive production capabilities and tight process control, we consistently deliver structural components that meet exact dimensional tolerances and customer specifications.
In addition to rolling and supplying I-beams, our Memphis steel mill offers comprehensive in-house fabrication services such as precision cutting, punching, welding, and finishing. We work with a variety of material grades to ensure each component performs as intended for its specific application. Our ability to provide both raw shapes and fully fabricated parts allows customers to reduce lead times, simplify their supply chain, and receive ready-to-use components.
